We, Bill Mufarreh and Wayne Mufarreh, are the founders and managing partners of B&W SF Apartments. We have lived and worked in San Francisco for over 50 years. We have a profound love for the city of San Francisco and what the city has to offer. We founded B&W SF Apartments as a way to bring together the San Francisco community as well as welcome newcomers.
We own and rent out apartments to interested tenants as well as manage properties for other owners. Renting and managing apartments can be stressful, but we strive to change that. We’re in a business that we love and this is shown by our involvement in the renting and managing process.
We are family-owned and operated, and we are invested in improving and beautifying our city. B&W SF Apartments is a full-service firm with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
